Customer complaint process
If you have a complaint in regard to your warranty or in general, we have a certain process that is always being followed. This process is illustrated in the three phases below:
1. Information
In order to process your complaint, it is important for us to know certain information.
Please go and fill in the customer complaint form.
2. Processing
When you have sent the form, we start processing it. In this phase, we extract warranty information among other things to see if you have extended warranty.
We always strive to answer as soon as possible, and always within five (5) working days.
3. Finding a solution
In the last phase having processed your customer complaint form, we will reach out to start a dialogue with you to find the best solution.
There are different actions depending on the type of complaint. Our goal is to get you up and running again as soon as possible.
60 MONTHS EXTENDED WARRANTY
When purchasing a Fremco fiber blowing machine from 2022, you can also aquire a service agreement with up to 60 months extended warranty.
Our service agreements ensure your machines gets serviced when its necessary - not before or after.
