Cristian Beghetto and his team of Inovative srl in Venice had the mission to blow 3 pcs of 12/10 mm subducts in a 50/44 mm pipe with his Fremco MultiFlow RAPID.

Some time ago we published a photo of a Fremco A/S equipment purchased for the execution of an important project for Inovative Italia. A machine that, combined with an Atlas Copco 10500 liters/minute 12 bar compressor and a lot of experience in using the equipment, allowed us, thanks to our partnership with Telebit SpA, to be able to perform, using the microtube blowing technique, a part of the Open Fiber ring between Veneto and Emilia Romagna for a total assigned of about 250/300 km of microtube sections and about 500 km of 144 Fo and 192 Fo fiber cables.
We are proud to have been chosen by Telebit SpA for this project, the blowing of microcables, traditional cables and microtubes is our most important Skill and thanks to this, one of our owner members, Cristian Beghetto, also performs support and training in Italy and abroad for the use of Fremco machines on behalf of the Italian distributor.
Important for us was the experience gained in Belgium with our INOVATIVE SRL – BELGIUM for blowing micro pipes into HDPE 50 sheaths that we then brought to Italy and that allowed us in recent years to resolve many critical issues, which otherwise would have required long times for authorizations and civil works, considerably increasing costs and times.
I attach the video of a single solution blowing of 3 micro pipes on an entire 2 km section, performed at 74 meters/minute, less than 30 minutes for the total blowing. The preparation of the site, the movements, the preparation of the sheaths and the cleaning of the wells in percentage takes about 80% of the time necessary for the execution of the section.
