With a lot of fiber deployment projects in the scope, InnoPro, like many contractors, was heavily pressured to finish their projects as soon as possible. Mr. Mohamed Rabea, the General Manager of InnoPro purchased a Fremco DuctRod RAPID from Bright Wires Technology to help speed up the projects.
The DuctRod RAPID is designed specifically to push a duct rod into an underground duct. InnoPro, Bright Wires Technology and Fremco gathered with the efficient DuctRod RAPID for a field try.
The glass fiber rod was pushed some hundred meters by the DuctRod RAPID. Then the fiber cable was taped to the rod and the DuctRod RAPID pulled back the fiber cable. This saved a lot of manhours, bringing a higher success rate and decreased the risk of work-related injuries.
Mohamed Rabea elaborates:
“Now we can push the glass fiber rod and pull back the cable in a fraction of the time consumed by manual labor. This helps us getting our jobs done daily, making the network owner very happy.”
