Case story: Hands-on training secures local support

Normann Engineering is one of our dedicated partners located in Austria. At the end of last year, we had the pleasure of having them here for hands-on training in Denmark. The hands-on training is a vital part in securing that our talented resellers can offer local support to customers.

Ralf Fröstl shares his experience of the training days:

“Very, very good. We received a very warm welcome at Fremco and were immediately treated like family. The training itself is very relaxed but still professional and leaves no questions unanswered”. 

Through the training, they were able to work more in depth with machines they were familiar with, and he notes: “Our knowledge was further refined by the professionals on site”. All the knowledge they took with them from the Fremco professionals can be used every day, as he points out:

“Insider knowledge is simply worth its weight in gold” continuing: “We can pass on and use all the knowledge we have acquired and hold training courses internally and at the customer’s premises”.

When asked about the advantages of the machines, he states: “Almost all of them can be operated without tools. They are simple, yet robust, and constructed so that anyone can use them, and the failure rate is virtually zero”. He also adds something, we at Fremco, are especially glad to hear: “Fremco is always there to help.”. Concluding: “Thanks to everyone for the great time we had on site and for the open and honest communication on site. It’s always worth a visit!“

Rounding this off with a little fun fact about the visit: In Denmark, we enjoy many kinds of food and are proud of our culinary traditions. The Normann team got to experience this and came home with a new favorite: Danish Remoulade! However, Ralf joked that a little less food might have been better, as they all returned home feeling a bit heavier.
